Awesome Gyoza potsticker dumplings!

A recipe for this is simple as hell… and you can fill them with anything!

So first of all Gyoza dumplings are made super easy with a dumpling press, sold at most decent Asian Supermarkets.

Ingredients and Directions

Ingredients

1 Cup Water
1 Cup Flour
Soya mince filling (see below)
Soy sauce to dip

Directions

Mix the flour and the water to make a smooth dough. Add plenty of salt.
Roll out thin, about 1mm and fill.
Brush water around edges and press together.
Shallow fry in around 2cm of a light cooking oil.

For the filling we used soya mince, marinated in soya, ginger, garlic, lemongrass and chilli, but any kind of minced veggies is perfect, sauteed mushrooms would also be awesome!
